Ligging (NAC stadion) is aansprekend en (gratis) parkeermogelijkheden zijn ruim voldoende. Ruimte is relatief gering voor de te betalen huur. Onderhoud van o.a. de entree is achterstallig en niet uitnodigend.
Mooie ligging in het stadion van NAC met veel parkeergelegenheid. Aan het pand moet nog veel gebeuren, maar de eigenaren lijken erg flexibel. Niet goedkoop, maar wel transparant qua kosten voor de locatie.
