You can now rent office space in one of the most unique buildings in Amsterdam. This office on the Kraanspoor in Amsterdam Noord still has offices and workstations available for rent. This office is in all respects a very special place to work. For example, the building stands on stilts, stands far above the surroundings and all walls are made entirely of glass. You really experience the feeling of Amsterdam North, thanks to the port, cranes and the NDSM shipyard in the immediate vicinity. Once in the office you can enjoy a beautiful view over the IJ and a uniquely designed space. Highly recommended for companies that want to work in an inspiring and easily accessible location.

Prima locatie.
Prachtige locatie! Schitterend gebouw. Top gerenoveerd. Goeie sfeer & mooie ruimtes. Uitzocht wat nooit verveeld. Unieke plek om je kantoor te hebben. Nog een pluspunt eris ook een goeie verbinding met Amsterdam centrum via het pontje en fijne eettentjes in de buurt.
Wat een toplocatie. Waar eens mijn schoonvader ijzer smeedde voor de bouw van grote olie-tankers, gaat wellicht nu zijn schoonzoon met geavanceerde software infrastructuur ontwerpen.
Peter Boef, prima rondleiding, nu nog even het laatste zetje voor dat we de deal kunnen sluiten. Ben benieuwd.

Fascinerende locatie. Oud op nieuw. Indrukwekkend uitzicht op het IJ.
Ruimtelijk en licht met mooie overtocht met pont en schitterende Horeca voorziening dichtbij. Kortom een plaats waar je graag werkt in de toekomst.
Prachtige locatie! Ruimtes wat aan de krappe kant. Helaas voldeed het aanbod niet aan hetgeen wij nodig hebben.
