The park is perfect for enjoying a summer lunch and for taking a walk and enjoying the surroundings. The center of Amsterdam can easily be reached via the Surinamerplein (square) and the Overtoom.
The office building at Delflandlaan has excellent accessibility. By car you reach the building via exit S106 (Osdorp). From the A10 it is only a 200 meter drive and there is a parking garage under the building. The office is also accessible by tram lines 1 and 17 and bus line 64. Both modes of transportation offer a direct connection to Amsterdam Central and Amsterdam Lelylaan train stations. The latter is situated only 500 meters away from this building.

Good location
Mooi pand met een mooie entree. Het pand ligt prima geleden aan de A10 en bij het openbaar vervoer.
De ruimte was redelijk groot en mooi gelegen op de 8e etage. Helaas was het niet helemaal wat wij zochten, vandaar dat wij voor een andere optie hebben gekozen.

Entree is prachtig. Locatie ook heel goed. Dicht bij de A10, ook met fiets en openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar. Kamers ruim, goede faciliteiten. Voor ons is het enige nadeel het parkeren. Wij ontvangen veel cliënten iedere dag en in de parkeergarage is niet meer voldoende gast parkeer ruimte aanwezig en parkeren op straat is niet gegarandeerd. Maar indien je geen of niet vaak cliënten hoeft te ontvangen is dit een perfecte kantoorruimte. Contact met Flexas heel fijn. Directe lijnen en uitstekende service.
